Activity 2. Expanding the capacity of local institutions. Creation and construction of a coordination mechanism for cooperation

Activity 3. Provision of integrated services in the field of health care, education and employment.

-Delivery of a mobile health office and medical equipment for conducting preventive examinations.

-Joint visits for students (cinema, puppet theater, museum, etc.).

Activity 4. Improvement of the conditions in the segregated target area, including the launch of the process of territorial planning

- Construction of a Community Center, uniting various services aimed at people from risk groups, including the Roma population. The goal is to increase their quality of life, prevent social exclusion and overcome negative stereotypes in society. The activities of the center will be oriented towards prevention and providing support to overcome the consequences of lack of education, low or no professional qualification, lack of adequate personal skills, unemployment. For this purpose, the center envisages the use of individual and group forms of work, as well as the organization of mass events involving representatives of various groups in society.

-Delivery of furniture and equipment for the Community Center.

-Overseeing the procedure for developing and approving the regulation and development plan for the budling.

-Consulting on procedures for issuing/receiving "Certificates of Tolerance" for illegal constructions.

-Delivery of a lift truck for carrying out repair work in the Roma neighborhood.

-Delivery of a garbage collection vehicle and placement of new waste receptacles.

Activity 5. Activities aimed at empowerment, participation and non-discrimination

-Conducting civic skills training.

-Creation of an Advisory Group in which municipal councilors, people from the community, local activists, representatives of NGOs, etc. will take part. with the aim of active participation of the Roma in decision-making processes affecting their lives. The goal is for the Roma to organize and mobilize, to negotiate in order to participate in solving the community's problems.

- Conducting the Human Rights Month together with the entire local community (cultural events - festival, theater productions, reading clubs, concert, sports events, children's drawing contests). A number of initiatives are planned to oppose racism and discrimination, to overcome negative stereotypes and prejudices towards the Roma community.

-Organization of Roma Pride - Days of Roma pride and culture.

Extracurricular activities (folk and modern dances) for children and youth. Hiring a choreographer and accompanist.

Activity 6. Exchange of experience and sharing of good practices with donor country organization

- Working visit to the city of Oslo, Kingdom of Norway for the purpose of training, exchange of experience and sharing of good practices.

- Creation of mechanisms for sustainable development of the established partnership.

Activity 7. Preparation of research and development of a 5-year strategy for the development of services

-Conducting two surveys of the attitudes and opinion of the majority towards the Roma - at the beginning and at the end of the project.

- Preparation of a Strategy for the development of the offered services in the next 5 years after the completion of the project.

Activity 8. Conducting awareness campaigns

- Conducting awareness raising campaigns targeting the Roma.

-Conducting awareness campaigns targeting the majority.

Organization of round tables, meetings and trainings, including community organizing

-Joint initiatives (cleaning, afforestation) between Bulgarians and Roma to increase trust and mutual acceptance between the two ethnic groups.

-Filming a video about the life of the Roma.

Activity 9. Provision of information and publicity and audit of the project

-Promoting the objectives, opportunities, implementation and overall impact of support from the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2014-2021 through the "Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Improved Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups" Program.

- Conducting informational events and official ceremonies

- Production of advertising materials.

-Independent financial audit of the project.
